services. We value your trust in our products and services.
- NO REFUND
Due to the nature of our services all the classes, seminars, cooking sessions and events offered are on an advance payment with booking and are nonrefundable under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.OR
Due to the nature of the services, there are few terms that are not eligible for a refund:
• No show to a pre booked class/session/seminar
• Cancellation of a masterclass/ cooking session/ event booking 5 days or less before event/class date
so we can accommodate another client in your space on time.
• If a request for a rebooking of the set masterclass/cooking session/ event has been granted
it can only be claimed for the equivalent session options published at the time.
We will not be liable for any products purchased by mistake or that are no shows or cancellations as indicated in the above points. In circumstances where a different service is purchased by mistake and is not in the cancellation period allowance, we would not be accountable for refunds.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and a class/event/seminar cannot be offered we will provide a rescheduling of the set class/event/seminar within the next two weeks. If customer is unable to attend the rescheduled date, then they can claim a refund. This needs to be communicated withing the following 5 working days.
