ALFA Culinary & Beverage “Professional Pastry Chef” students prepared these wonderful traditional desserts during the Monday 28th of March evening class.
The evening class was instructed by Chef Christos Antoniadis.
The students had the opportunity to study and journey through the various stages of the preparation including opening and conditioning the phyllo pastry, scenting the ingredients and the preparing fillings, crushing the nuts and pistachios, oven cooking timing and procedures, then the plating of the sweets, and finally the presentation techniques.
The final results were equally appealing and delectable. The students, thereafter, thoroughly enjoyed the sampling of their own culinary practice..
